If a cable is fraying or missing sections of the outer jacket coating thus, exposing bare cable, it is past time to replace it. Expensive nylon pulleys can be damaged from contact with bare metal cable under load - especially if it is fraying. A fraying cable is an accident waiting to happen, and when it finally snaps, serious injury to the face and skull can occur. A broken frayed cable will complicate the reproduction process because it requires guesswork to determine the original length. Why chance it?

An improperly fabricated cable assembly is very dangerous, and can result in serious bodily injury. Cable assembly fabrication is NOT a job for the untrained, do-it-yourself amateur!

Ordering is simple with one flat rate charge that will cover any fitness machine cable and includes all hardware, terminals, swage fittings, stopper balls, thimbles, and labor necessary to build the cable.
3-Step Ordering Process:
Step 1: The first step is to complete an order for the service by clicking the add-to-cart button at the top of this page. On the next page (the Shopping Cart page) adjust the quantity to match the number of cables you need to have replaced. Shipping will not be charged for our cable service. You will receive an immediate order confirmation email after submitting your order.
Step 2: Within one business day, you will receive a consultation call to qualify your cable(s) for reproduction. While on the phone, you may be referred to our Cable Info Page. Click Here to go to our Cable Info Page to assist in identifying the hardware on your existing cable. About 3% of all existing cables out there are not candidates for reproduction due to unavailable proprietary hardware needed. In many cases, we can reuse unavailable proprietary hardware from your old existing cable if it is in good shape. If your cable(s) are not a good candidate for reproduction, we will immediately cancel your order and promptly provide a 100% refund. If your cable(s) are approved for reproduction, you may proceed to the final step below.
(OPTIONAL: You may save time and streamline the qualification process by texting photos of each end of your cable(s) to 972-922-75-nine-one, after submitting your order. If your cable is broken, a third photo showing both broken ends would be helpful. Please text from the same number you entered during checkout. Otherwise, include your order number in your text messages.)
Step 3: Ship your old cable(s) to us for reproduction. You will receive a text message with the shipping address once your cable(s) is approved for reproduction.
